REJUVENATE LIKE A CELEB

Though I’m somewhat of a grinch when it comes to the holidays (blame it on my being Jewish and not partaking in Christmas tree festivities and/or the fact that my family is always off skiing while I’m in the frigid NYC cold), and I’ve never been one to make a New Year’s resolution.  I’m of the mind set that if you want to change something, you should do it now and not wait until some magical day when you hope your resolve, drive, and capabilities will suddenly change

 

However, I do think that a New Year calls for some pampering. Not because it’s a new year per se, but because this dreary weather means we have to shake ourselves up a bit and take extra steps to continue keeping those smiles on our faces and our bodies feeling rejuvenated. To that end, here are some ways to perk up now that the temperatures have started to drop.
