Get the Celeb Look: Flippy Frocks

It seems spring has finally sprung on the East Coast, and it's making us want to celebrate through dress. What better thing to wear during a nice warm spell than a dress with some movement? Seems like some of our favorite style stars feel the same.

Lady Gaga, Angela Scanlon, Leslie Mann and Chloe Sevigny wear flippy spring dresses

Lady Gaga, seen outside The Late Show with David Letterman is wearing this voluminous floral dress that manages to nicely toe the line between demure and semi-scandalous (that hemline!). She paired it expertly with baby pink platforms, free-flowing hair and hippy sunglasses. Angela Scanlon, at London's V&A Museum for a preview of the new exhibit The Glamour of Italian Fashion, is wearing another neatly oversized piece. The metallic sheen and smock detailing mixes modern and old-fashioned nicely. Leslie Mann, at the UK premiere of her new film The Other Woman, is in a Giles midi dress that pairs a kind of rainbow artsy pattern with a sequined collar. Chloe Sevigny, at the MOCA 35th Anniversary Gala in LA, is wearing a neat safari-ready dress from Louis Vuitton. We are majorly digging the details on this frock: the belt, the colorblocked collar, the massive hip pocket.

Is this how you wish to celebrate spring, too? Cool:
