Fringe, elaborate embellishments and one “naked” dress were the major headlines from this year’s New York City ceremony. Celebs hit the multicolored carpet alongside the nominated designers decked out in custom creations and pieces hailing from the latest high-profile collections. Rihanna took center stage to collect her Fashion Icon Award in a completely see-through Adam Selman crystal-encrusted dress accented by some truly over-the-top accessories. While Rihanna’s eye-catching ensemble stole most of the spotlight, last night was really about the winners. Here’s a breakdown of some of the top looks from the ceremony.
