There were a lot of celebs in attendance for BET’s Black Girls Rock! event in Newark, New Jersey, but only a select few really rocked the red carpet and the stage. From the well-dressed Smith family to the First Lady herself, the show featured quite a bit of star power. Neutral shades like black and white were the theme of the evening with the occasional pop of color thrown in for good measure. Strategic embellishments and flashes of skin also proved popular.
