Color was the big story this week. Brilliant blues, rich reds, glamorous greens and punchy pinks plus a touch of peach all saturated the red carpet. While we spotted the occasional pattern, strong silhouettes are what really demanded our attention, including some well-placed cut-outs, luxurious layers along with one dramatic peplum. Fall and resort looks reigned supreme with the odd spring piece thrown in for good measure. Metallic and black were the main shades when it came to footwear, but one famous designer took us back in time with a pair of old-school wedges.
