Once again, skin was in, but this week stars seemed to adhere to the boobs versus legs rule. Deciding to pick a focal point to highlight rather than revealing too much, many celebs flaunted their form via cut-outs, sheer details, strategically positioned slits plus the old cropped top and high-waisted skirt pairing. Neutrals definitely dominated the red carpet as pops of color mainly took a backseat to black, white and even metallics. While the footwear selections were relatively muted, the clutches were another story as our current crop of stylish ladies carted versions boasting glitzy accents and unique shapes.
