Surfboards were once again handed out last night at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles. A touching tribute to Paul Walker from the Fast and Furious cast, a whole host of web stars and Gina Rodriguez showing off her impressive rapping skills resulted in a ceremony chock-full of memorable moments. This year, celebs attended in everything from colorblock creations to bold embroidery and creatively placed cut-outs. While the devil really was in the details, color also played an important role with pops of orange, red, yellow and green gracing the blue carpet. The resort collections had a field day with attendees embracing pieces from both the 2016 and 2015 offerings. Hair was another big story as quite a few stars flaunted new dye jobs and extensions.
