Amber Le Bon is the latest celebrity offspring to enter the modeling industry.
The 18-year-old model daughter of Duran Duran singer Simon and Yasmin Le Bon popped out for a cigarette outside a London nightclub a few nights ago – and like a true professional – took the time to pose for photographers.
Clearly posing comes naturally, and it seems the leggy teenager is set for catwalk stardom just like her supermodel mother Yasmin.
Braving the cold, an oversized grey cardigan wasn’t enough to keep her warm though. The teenager left little to the imagination in a skimpy mini-skirt and knee-high socks.
Despite her tender age, her smile, stance and general coolness suggests she has been taking pointers from her paparazzi-savvy parents. Amber has recently been signed by Models One, who have represented her mother for the last 18 years.
Having first-hand experience of how hectic life can be on the catwalk, Yasmin was relieved when her daughter said she planned to go to university rather than pursue a modeling career. But Amber later had a rethink.
Yasmin said: ‘She is taking a year off to travel the world and will see where it will take her, but she has been signed to Models One so she will also be going to castings very soon.’
The rising star is the new face of high-street chain River Island’s Spring/Summer campaign and is also now rumoured to be involved with Myla lingerie.
