Peter Dundas Joins Roberto Cavalli as Creative Director

In a move almost everyone saw coming, Roberto Cavalli has announced Peter Dundas as its new creative director. Dundas previously worked at the Italian Fashion House as its chief designer from 2002 to 2005, before moving on to Emmanuel Ungaro, which he left in 2007.  Dundas has served at the helm of Emilio Pucci since 2008

The new appointment is effective immediately and we will once again be able to enjoy Dundas’ work at the house of Cavalli during Milan Fashion Week in September. Rumors have been swirling for a while now that Dundas would be taking over at Cavalli, and it looks like all the murmurs were true.

Needless to say, Cavalli’s Spring 2016 runway show will definitely be one of the season’s hottest tickets.
