Beyoncé Just Announced a 2016 World Tour and We Can’t Even

Oh, Bey, you’re just full of surprises! Her majesty that is Beyoncé Knowles just dropped a bombshell during the 2016 Super Bowl tonight, announcing that she will be going on a World Tour THIS YEAR.

Uh-huh. Just moments after she delivered a memorable mashup with Coldplay and Bruno Mars during the highly anticipated half-time show, a short video played on our TV screens with the news.

The commercial explained that pre-sale tickets are available on Wednesday, February 9, and tickets on February 16, with more information on Beyonce.com and Livenation.com. Unsurprisingly, both sites are down because obviously the internet can’t deal, but Billboard has revealed that Bey’s first headlining stadium tour will kick off on April 27 with 40 concerts.

Shows will include North America, Canada, the UK and Europe and are expected to cost up to $300 USD per seat. Her “Mrs. Carter” World Tour during 2013-2014 made $212 million and, with Bey only getting better with every move she makes, we can expect a similar result for the “Formation” tour. There has been no mention yet of Australian dates.

Thanks, Bae-Bey. It’s been too long!
