There’s a new Nordstrom Rack in town and I got to be one of the lucky ones to experience it first. Nordstrom Rack Gallery on the Parkway hosted a private preview of their newest Dallas store, located just north of the Galleria Mall on the Dallas Parkway. My husband and I were treated like shopping royalty from the moment we stepped through the doors of this beautiful new store. Champagne and hors d’oeuvres were served as we browsed the extensive selection of name brand clothing and accessories.
One of my blogging assignments was to find and style three fall outfits. In about 15 minutes, I had three outfits that I absolutely loved. That has never happened at any store EVER. To say that Nordstrom Rack is my style is a total understatement. Stay tuned for an upcoming post with all three fall looks I created and the big reveal of which one came home with me.
The employees were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the evening. One made a special trip to get a cart for me and another helped my husband decide between two pairs of oxfords. How nice is that?
Throughout the store, fall outfits were displayed on mannequins, serving as inspiration for creating my own looks.
The handbag department was drool-worthy with their selection of Tory Burch, Kate Spade and many other designer brands at incredible prices.
My husband captioned this next pic “Shopping is SERIOUS business.” True dat.
Now let’s talk about shoes for a minute (one of my personal favorite topics). I could’ve seriously spent the entire evening in the shoe department. There were so many pairs of name brand boots, shoes and booties for fall — Sam Edelman, Tory Burch, Coach, Ugg and even my beloved Frye.
These Calvin Klein leopard booties were a definite fave.
The new Dallas store opens its doors to the public on October 10th. I’ll definitely be a frequent customer.
