This party-boy mannequin in menswear store Phillip Browne had some of Norwich city in stitches, while others weren’t impressed. According to The Daily Mail, the store owner, Phillip himself, got a phone call from the local police station saying they had received a complaint about the pants-down, urinating mannequin. It had been there for almost a fortnight before anyone had complained, making families, kids an elderly ladies laugh in the street, but Phillip had to take it down or he could’ve broken the 1986 Public Order Act. If public peeing is a problem, this shop-bound wooden guy is the least of anyone’s worries.
