Diane von Furstenberg Fall 2013 Runway Review

The season brought, as one might imagine given the designer’s desire to return to her brand’s core, a slew of wrap dresses. The 70s touches didn’t stop there, however. The collection was rife with vibrant prints, colorblocking and halter tops — all of which were fashioned into the designer’s signature slinky dresses, separates and jumpsuits. In a testament to DVF’s pulse on the modern, none of the looks, even the most wildly printed and metallic, felt dated.
