Flashback: 5 of Gemma Ward’s Most Memorable Vogue Covers

3. Vogue Paris February 2005 by Mario Testino

Unusual and we love it! The February 2005 cover of Vogue Paris still sends chills down our spines. Carine Roitfeld selected a little black polka dot dress from Stefano Pilati’s debut collection for Yves Saint Laurent for the shoot. Gemma posed for Mario Testino’s lens, touching her bottom lip which made for an innovative and unique cover. Fabien Baron’s minimal art direction only contributed to the cover shot’s wow factor and this one will be one of our favorites forever.
