Milan Fashion Week Spring 2021 is over so it’s time to reflect on the highs and lows. The street style was a definite high note, per usual. But the collections are another story. At least according to our forum members.

Fendi kicked things off with a show featuring models Eva Herzigova, Yasmin Le Bon and Penelope Tree sporting Silvia Venturini Fendi’s last solo offering before Kim Jones joins the team. Everyone was glued to their computer screens to witness Raf Simons’ co-creative director debut over at Prada. Giorgio Armani gave us yet another stunning collection. Donatella Versace basically rehashed Gianni Versace’s iconic Spring 1992 collection. Jeremy Scott relied on marionettes to showcase his latest Moschino collection. Even in the midst of a pandemic, Dolce & Gabbana created a staggering number of looks. Pierpaolo Piccioli had the honor of closing out the week. But his latest Valentino collection turned out to be unworthy of an actual runway show.

While lots of big brands disappointed, several more under-the-radar labels really delivered. Ready to see which collections made an impression on our forum members? Then click through the slideshow above to see the hits and many misses of Milan Fashion Week Spring 2021.
