The Punk Rock Revival: Showing ‘Em How It’s Really Done

For the past week, there’s only been one style trend on everybody’s lips: Punk. Ever since the MET Gala’s Punk: Chaos to Couture themed bash, we’ve been lauding the celebs who got it right and dropping our jaws at the stars who got it oh-so terribly wrong (here’s looking at you Gwyneth and Kim K).

But rather than permanently write off the fashion capabilities of the red carpet walkers for good, I thought it best to show them how punk is really done, or else help you guys out with recreating the same style. Without seeking inspiration from Rooney Mara‘s Girl With the Dragon Tattoo wardrobe (though we will take some pointers from Agyness Deyn), I’ve pulled together the best spikes, studs, eyeballs and punk rock colour schemes from around Canada so you can show ’em how it’s done…
