Watch: Zendaya Models 100 Years of Fashion and Beauty in Under 2 Minutes

In her 20 short years on this Earth, Zendaya, née Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman, has already proven herself a fashion icon. For instance, this past Wednesday the Spiderman: Homecoming star stunned in a flowy blue Jonathan Simkhai dress and coordinating denim heels from Bad Gal RiRi’s Manolo Blahnik collaboration. She polished off the look with slim hoop earrings and a slinky anklet. Like we said, slay.

Now, thanks to Vogue, we get to see just what it would have been like had previous generations been blessed with Z’s stylish presence. In a new video to accompany her first-ever Vogue cover (hitting newsstands June 27), Zendaya puts her “style chameleon” skills to the ultimate test by “dancing her way through nine decades of fashion and beauty, from 20s flapper to today’s text-neck teen, and everything in between.” Directed by Bardia Zeinali, styled by Jorden Bickham and beautified by the legendary Pat McGrath, Zendaya does what she does best: puts on a show, looks incredible whilst doing so.

Our personal favorite look would have to be her shout out to the 70s. (That bountiful head of curls gives us pleasant flashbacks to the actress’ adventurous Met Gala look.) Or maybe it’s her sequined, leopard-printed 80s glam rocker getup. Or her cheeky nod to Paris Hilton and the decade of logos and low-rise. We’re torn.

We will say this, however: We think Vogue could have given the 2010s a bit more fashion cred. Watch the full clip below.
