It’s Time to Start Dressing Up Again (at Home)

After months of staying inside pretty much decked out in loungewear 24/7, it’s high time there was a return to glamour. We’re not trying to diss comfy separates since there are chill pieces that are still fashun. But we miss dressing up in our street style best and flexing our sartorial muscles.

Now we’re not advocating running around like everything is back to normal. Because it isn’t. What we are suggesting is getting all glammed up while we’re stuck working at home. Instead of staying in a tank top and sweatpants all day long, how about sporting that tank with high-waisted pants? Make your PJs look like you’re embracing the pajama dressing trend by sprucing up your matching shirt and shorts with some gold jewelry and quilted footwear. Our go full-on glam by slipping into a fancy dress paired with pumps or sneakers. And once you’re able to start flaunting your new looks outside, there are plenty of stylish face masks to go with these fashion-forward outfits.

Think of it like training for the big game. You need to keep your skills sharp for when we venture out again with some regularity. Plus, it’s a great way to fill your Instagram with #OOTD inspo.

Check out the slideshow above for some street style-approved ways to dress up at home.
