Come summer 2015, the world will become familiar with the dynamic duo, who happen to be a couple, when they make their small screen debut with their own fitness-based reality show on Bravo. The pair regularly work out together, so we turned to them for some fitness inspiration, asking them to demo their favorite workout moves to do with a partner, all of which can be done in the comfort of your own home and require nothing but body weight. Do 3 sets of at least 10 of each in the circuit below.

It's imperative for both partners to keep their abs tight and, for the person on top, their butt down.

Partner one rises, bringing his torso up, while pushing partner two into a pike position.

Both partners start with their abs in tight to protect their lower backs.

Partner one releases partner two's right leg as partner two reaches their right knee to their right elbow.

Partner one releases partner two's left leg as partner two reaches their left knee to their left elbow.

Partner Dip #1
Partner one is in a plank position, while partner two is on the edge of his back with fingers pointing toward her feet. Partner two's legs are straightened.

Partner two lowers off of partner one until her torso is perpendicular from the floor. Partner two then pushes back up until her arms are straight again.

It's imperative that partner two's arms form a right angle as she lowers.

Partner one is in crunch position, while partner two is in plank position. Both have their core tight.

Partner one lifts up into a crunch as partner two mountain climbs his legs, meaning he bends his right knee and brings it to his right elbow, then bends his left knee and brings it to his left elbow.
