Middleberg Nutrition‘s Tahini Smoothie (serves 1)

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medjool date
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1 cup ice
