Middleberg Nutrition‘s Tahini Smoothie (serves 1)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 medjool date
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or to taste)
- 1 cup ice
Directions: Blend all ingredients together.
