Who: Lily Collins
Where: The Toronto premiere of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones
Why we like it: With her bold brows and love of vampy makeup, it's no surprise that Lily Collins is one of the brightest beauty starlets around, but we love this look because she takes nude to the next level. By mixing and matching tones of pink, gold and peach, she succeeds in getting a multi-tonal, dimensional look with just a few shimmery colors.
How to get it at home: Start with a liquid foundation that will give coverage but not completely matte the skin, such as Shiseido's Sheer and Perfect Foundation SPF 18 ($35). This will give the skin even tone without a mask of coverage and also ensure the shimmer takes center stage. Now, Lily's lucky to have the brows of most girls' dreams, but if you're lacking in the brow department, fear not. We love Anastasia Beverly Hills' No Brows, No Problem Kit ($59) which not only includes the brand's famed Brow Wiz pencil but also a Brow Enhancing Serum to help not just fake your dream brows, but also get them for real.
Lily has a very warm flush here so don't forget the blush. Try Marc Jacobs Beauty's New Shameless Bold Blush in 204 Obsessed ($30) which is a warm pink that will play off the tones on the eyes. To get Lily's shimmering eye, try using Lancome's Color Design 5 Shade Shadow & Liner Palette in Peach Opulence ($49), which houses a petal pink for the upper lid and a gold shade perfect for under the lash line. Top off the lashes with a dramatic mascara, such as Make Up For Ever's Smoky Extravagant Mascara ($24) and finish your look with a luminous nude lipstick, such as Hourglass' Femme Nude Lip Stylo in Nude No 5 ($30).
