Following the tradition of the last two years, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has just been unveiled as British Harper’s Bazaar‘s September cover girl for 2016 (despite rumors of a Kimye cover appearance). Rosie seems to be doing just fine on the magazine cover front lately, having recently starred on Vogue Thailand and currently killing it on the cover of Vogue Germany. For Bazaar’s biggest fashion issue of the year, Rosie was photographed by Bazaar regular Alexi Lubormirski for a soft and dreamy image wearing Alexander McQueen.
Feeling the same way was burbuja8910: “I like the cover, Rosie looks flawless.”
RanThe raved, “Absolutely gorgeous! I’m a sucker for any cover Roise is on! I love the colors and I bet it will pop on the newsstands.”
Not everyone was willing to give the cover a standing ovation, however. “Gorgeous cover, but it feels like Justine is just rotating the same dozen women over, and OVER again. Jesus, how many times is this now for Rosie! I do like it though,” said Miss Dalloway.
“Very beautiful, very boudoir, although the ‘A-AA’ in the masthead makes for a weird-looking word,” tigerrogue queried.
Phuel made his feelings clear, stating, “Too saccharin, too romance-novel looking with the ivy, too Bratz/Monster High/Ever After High cosplay for my taste. This doesn’t look anything remotely high fashion.”
“Looks Christmasy, no? It’s not bad though. I just never thought she was all that pretty, TBH,” added an underwhelmed MyNameIs.
