Léa Seydoux Flashes a Huge Infectious Smile on the April 2024 Cover of British Harper’s Bazaar

Make no mistake that the British edition of Harper’s Bazaar is one of the best and most consistent in the business. Month after month, issue after issue, cover after cover, the magazine goes from strength to strength under the direction of editor Lydia Slater. Almost four whole years after her last, Slater invites Léa Seydoux back as a British Harper’s Bazaar cover girl with the unveiling of the April 2024 installment. Bazaar regular Alexi Lubomirski (who happened to also photograph Seydoux’s last) captured the French actress on location within the luxurious surroundings of the Shangri-La hotel in Paris. Reporting for styling duties was Tania Rat-Patron, who selected a look from Nicolas Ghesquière’s Spring 2024 Louis Vuitton collection for the French fashion house’s brand ambassador to don in the joyous cover photograph.

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“Love the big smile. But the squinty eyes not so much,” immediately voiced mikel.

In the same frame of mind was vogue28, adding: “Not too struck on the cover, which is unfortunate because I do adore Léa Seydoux and would’ve bought this. Always like the sight of a warm, inviting and energetic smile on magazine covers but the squinty eyes ruins the cover completely.”

“Not a fan of this supposedly ‘spring’ cover,” tigerrouge chimed in.

“I don’t hate it,” confessed Kimy Jo.
