Atelier Versace Haute Couture Spring 2013: 24 Karat Gold, Mink and More High Impact Glam

Atelier Versace kicked off the Haute Couture season with its trademark high impact glam – we're talking 24 karat gold accents and fur trimmed shoulders.

Donatella Versace found herself inspired by architectural shapes this season, which was evident in the sharp cuts and streamlined silhouettes, many of which were adorned with mink and gold embroideries. Standout pieces included mink and tulle striped shift dresses, floor length gowns with sheer inserts, power shoulder suits and dresses, and the loosely fitted minis that closed out the show.
