While you may be preoccupied with bundling up in your newly obtained statement coat and winter accessories to brave the wrath of the polar vortex, designers have just released their Pre-Fall 2017 collections that will have you daydreaming about slightly milder temps. Per usual, the clothes are designed to suit a range of climates, from covetable coats for chilly conditions to breezy dresses and shorts perfect for late summer strolls.
This season, athleisure is trending as brands opt to push the luxe side of sporty as well as some decidedly avant–garde interpretations. Other running themes include sequins, along with bright patterned pieces that appear to have been brought back from the 80s. A veritable cavalcade of woodland creatures and other assorted animals radiate a country folklore vibe and denim experiences a redux in unexpected silhouettes and two-tone shades. Of course, there is also the expected onslaught of gorgeous gowns and cozy coats that pre-fall has become known for.
