Why we like it: Whether or not Spring has truly arrived to your town, it’s time to lighten up your beauty routine. We love this fresh, yet polished, look on Julianne Hough. Perfect for the April transitional season.
How to get it at home: Start with a radiance boosting tinted moisturiser such as NARS’ Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30, $42, which will even tone and protect your skin at the same time. Lightly fill in your brows using powder to get a good shape without a harsh line. To get Julianne’s shimmering eye, try a cream based shadow such as Benefit’s Creaseless Cream Shadow in Bikini Tini, $20, a shimmering oyster pink that with brighten up the whole eye area. Define the crease if necessary and line the lower lash line using a rose gold or shimmering beige shadow such as Sephora Collelction’s Outrageous Prisma Chrome Metallic Eyeshadow in Metallic Beige, $16. Top off your eyes with mascara and, if you dare, use a half set of false lashes on the outer corner of the lash line to give extra impact to your lashes. Finish off the look using Urban Decay’s Lip Junkie Lipgloss in Flushed, $19.
