Why we like it: It’s no surprise that Kerry Washington looks fabulous here as she’s one of our favorite beauty stars of the moment but even given our high expectations, she shines in this look with her glowing skin, defined eyes and lightly glossed lips.
How to get it at home: Start with a light base that will allow as much of the skin to show through as possible, such as Guerlain’s Lingerie De Peau BB Cream SPF30 ($51). Then you can go in with a concealer, such as Marc Jacobs Beauty’s Remedy Concealer Pen ($39), which not only helps with discoloration, but also fixes signs of aging and fatigue.
Next, groom and shape your brows with Urban Decay’s Brow Box ($29). Get Kerry’s shimmery eye with Stila’s Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eyeshadow in Kitten ($32) then define your eye using Illamasqua’s Precision Gel Liner ($27.50) on the upper and lower lashlines and on the waterline. Finish off your eyes with your favorite mascara.
Add some life back into the cheeks with a blush, such as Benefit’s Rockateur ($28), just across the apples. Lastly, top off your look with a subtle nude gloss, such as YSL’s Rouge Pur Couture Vernis A Levres Glossy Stain Rebel Nudes in 101 Nude Provocateur ($34) which packs the punch of a lipstick with a light glossy finish.
