Jennifer Lopez Steals the Spotlight in Versace’s Spring 2020 Campaign

Ever since Jennifer Lopez stormed the runway at Versace’s Spring 2020 show, we’ve been rooting for the global sensation to front the Italian brand’s advertising campaign for the collection. Well, our dreams just came true. Jennifer poses before the lens of Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott (who replace Steven Meisel) joining Kendall Jenner and a bunch of male models for the occasion. J.Lo gives us life in the tech-inspired images that brilliantly celebrate the digital era (and that iconic jungle print).

The campaign was a hit. “Yes! Finally, glamour and sex is back at Versace!” declared Benn98.

“I love it all! I will never say no to 2000s glamour,” approved kokobombon.

“Stunning! Must admit I was disappointed to see it’s Mert & Marcus instead of Meisel, but the results are perfect nonetheless,” applauded aracic.

Also showing the same level of enthusiasm toward the campaign was apple: “These shots look great! Glamorous and interesting at the same time. I like that they followed the ‘break the internet’ theme. And J.Lo looks smashing…”

“My heart is so happy right now. I love this aesthetic for a Versace advertisement, not the crap that has been put out the last couple years (especially last season‘s campaign…yuck). So happy J.Lo was involved in this!” proclaimed bluestar.

“Home run! Classic 2000s in the best sense. Think this is going to be one of those iconic campaigns that people look back at,” noted MyNameIs.

“And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how you do a fashion campaign,” exclaimed dontbeadrag.
