Gaudete — Erasure
If all you want for Christmas is synth, Erasure is your Santa Claus. “Gaudete” means Rejoice in Latin, in which the song is sung, and the third Sunday of Advent is known as Gaudete Sunday in Christian denominations with Latin liturgy. The main refrain is translated “Rejoice! Rejoice! Christ is born of the Virgin Mary!” Suitable for electronic fans and anyone who ever went through a Monk chant phase alike.
