How to Make a One-Minute Smoothie with Oasis Nutrisource

So when Oasis Nutrisource asked me to get creative and have some fun with their tasty cranberry and pomegranate 40 calorie and 100% juice cocktails, I figured I’d make myself (and everyone else in my household) a bomb smoothie that could’ve cost me $8.00 a cup and a 7:32 minute wait in line, but didn’t. You’re welcome, family.

YOU NEED…

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh berries
  • 3/4 cups Oasis Nutrisource 40 calories cranberry juice cocktail (or any of the Oasis Nutrisource fruit cocktails, really)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (or to your tasting)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I use honey-flavoured Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 of a banana

WHAT TO DO NEXT?

Mash everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour your very tasty smoothie into cups and share with your friends (because sharing is caring). Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
