B:Scott Fall 2011 Runway Review

To keep the focus on the clothing, Brandon Scott sent out each of the males modeling in his Fall 2011 B:Scott show with black fabric masks covering their faces. Whether or not the gimmicky approach distracted or succeeded in doing what it was intended to do is debatable, but the designer did present a well-executed lineup of hoodies, sweaters, cuffed trousers, jackets (some of which included multi-zip fronts), and oversized man bags that played into the label’s street-chic aesthetic.
