When I hear feathers I automatically think of the 60’s. Short mini dresses trimmed with magenta feathers, big bolero jackets covered in ostrich. It was a fun and fabulous fashion era that continues to inspire designers year after year. Well, it looks like designers are ready to put a little fun back into your wardrobe for Spring 2010, because feathers were a hot trend on the runway.


And while you are at it, check out designer previews of the Pre-Fall collections, as they expect the trend to be a long-lasting one. Feather-trimmed overcoats and outerwear seem to be a hot item for Fall 2010.
