If you've been perusing the fashion mags, you've likely heard the term fluted hem. It's a new silhouette for fall, and since they come around rarely, it's important for fashionistas to take note. Think of it like a pencil skirt with a flounced hem; a (much) more pared down version of the classic Flamenco gown. It can be dressed up or dressed down and some of the season's most wearable trends can be combined with it. Sounds like a good deal, right? We think so. Check out some looks from three of this season's fluted hem-loving designers and see what we mean.
