h2O Plus Gets a Makeover

For some, stepping inside an emporium like Sephora is like being a kid in a candy store, for others, it’s an overwhelming chore with far too many choices. If you’re of the latter category and are looking for a curated selection of skincare products, but not ready to shell out triple figures to shop at the likes of Space NK, there aren’t that many options aside from your local drugstore. L’Occitane has long been my go-to to fill the boutique experience mid-price point beauty product shopping void, but after stopping by one of h2O Plus’ newly revamped stores, I’ve come to learn they’ve got some competition.

Marine science based, h2O could be considered an affordable version of La Mer and now, adding to that eco-mindedness, they’ve removed all the parabens from their products and switched up their packaging from clear to opaque using biodegradable packaging that’s considerably easier to read than the previous iteration. They’ve also changed the logo from H2O to h2O and color-coordinated their products by concern (oil-free hydration, anti-aging, sensitive skin, etc.), so the stores are very easy to shop. Expect all of their stores to be revamped and feature these new product designs by next month.
