Has Kylie Jenner been following @willitlookgoodonmethough? Today, at 3 p.m. EST, the cosmetics tycoon’s three newest Lip Kit shades — Dirty Peach, Brown Sugar and Love Bite — will hit (begin prepping your search engines now).

In order to promote the kits — which, admittedly, sell themselves, so she really didn’t need to go to the trouble — Kyles had her diverse group of besties (Anastasia Karanikolaou, Justine Skye and Jordyn Woods) demonstrate what the hues look like on a range of skin tones.

Skye, in particular, stuns in Brown Sugar, which, according to Kylie, is “the perfect nude for darker skin tones. I love this shade,” she wrote on Instagram. We — along with droves of her extremely grateful, deeper-toned fans — couldn’t agree more.

Although we’re frankly flabbergasted that Kylie continues to wear cornrows after repeatedly getting dragged for failing to acknowledge the origin of the hairstyle, in her role as makeup mogul, the 19-year-old has proven to be a breath of fresh air for women (and men!) of color. For one, her bronze Kyshadow palette is as well-suited to diverse complexions as it is versatile.

Secondly, she doesn’t use the word “nude” to narrowly (and incorrectly) refer solely to light-skinned people. Thirdly, the photos above function as an informal example of the ideal beauty campaign, showing what products look like on all manner of skin tones. The series also highlights the fact that the beauty industry is doing itself a disservice by, for the most part, overlooking plus-size models like one Jordyn Woods, who absolutely slays in Dirty Peach.

Dirty Peach pretty self explanatory & one of my favorite shades I’ve created. THIS FRIDAY 12pm.

We think we’ve made our point. Now go lock down your favorite before it’s gone.
