Fashion and music go hand in hand — especially when you’re talking about The Blonds. Known for dressing everyone from Beyoncé to Gaga, we asked the glittering duo about their musical tastes and, best of all, for a playlist. Dance on, readers. Dance on.

theFashionSpot: What do you listen to when you work out?

Phillipe Blond: We love upbeat music for our workouts. Anything that pumps us up! We’re all about remixes of “Living For Love” by Madonna at the moment!

tFS: What is your go-to sexy time track?

David Blond: Anything by Marvin Gaye!

tFS: Your go-to hype up track?

PB: Anything from Diana Ross to Khia!!!

tFS: What’s your most embarrassing song or artist on your playlist?

DB: John Waters’ films are among our favorites, the music is always sick and twisted, but move the story along with an amazingly sharp wit. So, probably “Don’t Drop the Soap” from the soundtrack to Pecker

tFS: What song did you download just to be cool, but you don’t like that much?

PB: People do that!?

tFS: What do you play when you’re walking down the street, treating it like a runway?

DB: During NYFW, our show soundtrack, and this season it was all about Beethoven dubstep, Jay Z, Madonna and Annie Lennox!

tFS: What song on your playlist has made you cry randomly?

PB: Don’t know about crying (hello, mascara!!), but Lou Reed’s “Perfect Day” and Candi Staton’s “You Got the Love” always stir up a lot of emotions as well as any version of “La Vie En Rose.”
