The Jasmine Di Milo Spring 2010 presentation did not get off to a good start; editors and tastemakers had to bear a 45-minute delay. When the show finally did start, there seemed to be a number of timing issues – that is unless the show’s producer intended for some models to pause, some to walk around twice and some to step up onto the multi-level pedestals.

As for the collection itself, it was a mixture of draped ombre organza and structured (and sometimes quilted) club wear. As scattered as it sounds, a well-cut leather dress and skirt were the simplistic standouts.

To add to the disunity of the presentation, a Terence Gross film–a story about a bull and the matador–accompanying the collection played behind sheer screens and took a great deal of concentration to watch.
