Oh, to be Blue Ivy on Christmas morning. We bet her doting mama wakes her by crooning her favorite holiday jam a cappella. We imagine a mug of steaming hot cocoa is involved. We can only assume each and every one of the Knowles-Carter clan’s innumerable, gloriously decorated trees is teeming with presents from Bey, Jay and a few hundred of their closest friends and connects in the fashion and music industries. Sure, a professional photographer is likely snapping away the whole time, but that’s the price you pay for hitting the genetic goldmine.
After all, if Beyoncé’s holiday video and the merch drop that preceded it are any indication, Mrs. Carter-Knowles has all the holiday spirit. She is, as the Cut puts it, the anti-Grinch. She’s little Cindy Lou Hoo, but with curves, cleavage, killer dance moves and tiny, silver reindeer horns.
