Kate Hudson’s Happy x Nature Is the Affordable, Eco-Friendly Line You’ve Been Waiting For

The original boho queen of Hollywood, Kate Hudson, has just launched her very own ready-to-wear collection that will have you craving nature tours, beach outings and road-trips. It’s basically everything you need for all your vacation OOTDs.

Happy x Nature is a collaboration between Hudson and Michele Manz, the head designer of Alberta Ferretti. It’s a lineup of free-spirited rompers, jumpsuits, dresses, tops, bottoms and jackets in a nature-inspired palette of earthy tones and floral patterns.

Even better is the brand’s environmental philosophy. “From the factories and mills we choose to packaging and garment tags, we’ll explore every option, always looking for eco-aware solutions,” the website says. The materials used in the clothes include “airy cotton voiles, earthy laundered cottons and cotton flax … mixed with organic and recycled fabrics.” They also use a textile made of recycled plastic bottles, along with eco-friendly fabric tags and biodegradable packaging.

Even better, the pieces are affordable, retailing for between $50 and $200, something that was important to Hudson. “When you buy clothes from me, I think being inclusive is important, because there are a lot of people out there who want to be a part of fashion brands that can’t afford it,” she told WWD.
